Jana Walker, LSW, has created a one-of-a-kind workbook that takes you on a healing journey through the energy centers in the body called Chakras. Each chapter of this workbook builds upon the next and utilizes journaling, affirmations, short stories, art, and visualization as a part of the process. The Art of Healing Experience brings these modalities into a 2-hour practical session based on the workbook. There will be journaling, discussion, and various activities to engage the senses and connect you with your own healing journey on a deeper level. While purchasing the book prior to the experience can have its advantages, there will be copies available on site. Come with an open heart and mind, ready to share in your healing playground.
